Modica drinking chocolate

Pre-Columbian populations used to drink xocoalt, an infusion of cocoa beans and spices they believed to be miraculous. Luchino’s artisan chocolate shop revives this thousand-year-old tradition that has come down to us thanks to the Spanish.

The cocoa beans that form the basis of our hot cocoa come from communities in Peru, they are certified and scrupulously selected. They are naturally vegan, gluten free and rich in flavonoids, a valuable  source of antioxidants.
